Hi,
strangely if you decrease your virtual memory ("windoze swap") melodic will do better.
I ran feeds on a 1.7 GHz Dothan / 1 GB physical RAM in about 6400 secs. Setting the virtual memory of windows XP to something like 768-896 for the start and to a max of something like 1536-1792 MB RAM, melodic (and all other test except for bet2) are fine. From 954 / 1908 MB RAM, I can complete bet2 but melodic fails due to errors up to above 2 %.
This is definitely a strange behaviour: I would not expect the virtual mem to have such an impact.
Maybe, Steve or Christian have any ideas...;)
Cheers-
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] Failed Melodic
I have installed 3.2 on a Windows XP ...
I ran through feet and everything passed except Bet2.. which I understand
because even though I increased my Swap to 3.5 Gig I just dont' have enough
RAM, but for some reason I failed on Melodic (error of 1.2%).
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for the help..
Dave
