Further to my suggestion yesterday of how to get fslview working,
there is an easier way.
You will probably find that fslview complains about not finding libssl.so.2
and/or libcrypto.so.2
Login as root, change directory to /usr/lib and type:
ls -ln libssl*
or
ls -ln libcrypt* (if you are missing this too)
You will see something along the lines of:
foo blah some numbers blah libssl.so.0 -> libssl.so.34.5.6
.....
.....
and some other files, all of which "point" to libssl.so.34.5.6 (in this
example)
but you should notice that the file fsl complains about not finding is
missing!
What you need to do is simply create a 'symbolic link' using this command:
ln -s libssl.so.34.5.6 libssl.so.2 (obviously you need to replace the
"libssl.so.34.5.6"
in this example with whatever this file is called on your system).
You can repeat this (if necessary) for libcrypto
ln -s libcrypto.so.34.5.6 libcrypto.so.2
If you are running SuSE you should probably then run:
SuSEconfig
or on other linuxes type:
ldconfig
- and off you go.
Cheers,
Jon.

Thanks Hauke. It's hard to get the rpm as the website is busy. I will try it
later. Lucy On Wed, 13 Oct 2004, Hauke Heekeren wrote:
