Hi FSL people,
I have a study with an event-related design in which I want to compare events of
different types across two scans of the same subject. The events need to be (and
are) timed differently between the two scans (in other words, event A may appear for
the first time at 4 seconds in scan 1 and at 8 seconds in scan 2). Will this be a
problem for the analysis? Would I be able to just do this comparison as a multi-
session multi-subject analysis as is shown in your web-pages, or will the differences
in timing of events of interest make this not work? Both scans have the same
number of volumes and all events are the same duration. Also, is there any way to
look at the comparision of events across scans for a single subject?
Thanks for your help,
Meredith
