Hi all,
We've noticed some strange behavior with the original stats/zstat* images in
that there is a spike in the histogram of voxel values exactly at the threshold
specified. For example, if an analysis was run with cluster
analysis(z=3,p=0.05), there is a spike in the histogram of the stats/zstat*
image at exactly z=3. However, if post-stats were not run, this behavior is
absent. This is in FSL 3.1.
Is the stats/zstat* image not the "raw" unthresholded image, calculated voxel by
voxel?
Thanks & Happy Holidays,
Ram
