I'm a consultant available immediately to do advocacy and analysis for
organisations working on forced migration and humanitarian affairs. I plan
advocacy campaigns, prepare reviews and background briefings for decision-
makers, and produce publications for your stakeholders. After working for
several refugee and aid agencies, I have broad expertise in these areas. Most
recently, I helped OCHA to prepare and launch its Humanitarian Appeal 2004
(CAP), requesting US$3 billion for 21 of the world's crises. I've also worked
for the Norwegian Refugee Council, Save the Children, UNHCR, NAZ London and
the British Refugee Council on questions of internal displacement,
HIV/conflict, refugees, asylum and human security. I speak and write fluent
French, Portuguese and Spanish. Overall, I've prepared briefings, reports and
publications for 13 years; and I have a network of expert contacts that can
advise me. Why not get in touch to discuss your project ideas.
