interview (March 2004), featuring Richard E. Norton, Executive Vice
President of the National Biometric Security Project (NBCP) and former
Associate Commissioner of the US Immigration and Naturalization Service
(INS). The interview reviews some of the key implications and challenges
of integrating biometric technology into day-to-day immigration and
security policy.
