In the US it is available, with the rest of Snow's films, from the
Filmmaker's Coop in NY. Probably also from Canyon Cinema in San Francisco.

Don't know if it will ever be available on DVD or video. Snow refuses to
allow a non-film release of Wavelength (though he did do a derivative
dvd work based on it), though this I think is because the projector
light cone is seen as part of the work. That may not apply to La Region
Centrale but I actually can't imagine it working all on a small screen.
