Dear Ehsan Seyedi
As I understand your problem you are exploring the influence of the
position of the point where you take the moments of all the forces acting
on the mass of soil. While it is true that moment equilibrium can be
established by taking moments about any point, it is only if you take
moments about the centre of rotation that you may ignore the forces which
act radially through that point. Thus for a non-circular analysis it is
necessary to include the moments of the forces acting normal to the base of
each slice in the moment calculation.
