Two Lectureships in Statistics at the University of Warwick

£26,270 - £33,679pa (pay award pending)
The Department of Statistics has two academic posts of Lecturer in
Statistics available from October 2004, one a permanent position, the other
a temporary 3-year lectureship. You should have a PhD in Statistics or an
equivalent qualification, and should be an active researcher. These posts
are open to applicants with research interests in any area of statistics.
One of these posts could be a joint lectureship with the Centre for
Scientific Computing.
The Department obtained the highest research rating (5*) in the latest UK
Research Assessment Exercise, and has recently added five new appointments
to the faculty. This is an opportunity to be part of a vibrant department
with research excellence in a variety of fields within statistics and
probability.
