I've never had anyone who just makes repeated requests but I've had a few
who have complained that the initial response was incomplete. In such cases
I have investigated and responded as appropriate (I think there was one
where we actually did provide extra information). In one or two persistant
cases I've pointed out that the requestor has the option of writing to the
IC (whose contact details I have provided).
