There are more mandatory fields that are ethical or necessary. You need
know nothing else about me. I see no privacy statement, either.
I would advise the site to rethink its data gathering to be "Looks ethical
and feels ethical"
A risk of publicising a site here is that one may get comments :)

Subject: [data-protection] Website relaunch and new E Journal
The Centre for Computing and Social Responsiblity has relaunched its
website. The new website contains new resourses, improved interfaces, and
new drill-down searching facilities.
As part of the relaunch a new electronic journal, The ETHICOMP Journal
(www.ccsr.cse.dmu.ac.uk/journal) has been launched. Currently the journal is
on a free subscription for a limited period. Go to the journal webpage to
complete a simple subscription form.
We would welcome feedback on the new site.
