Given that the general consensus amongst list contributors appears to be
that the ICO's helpline is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, I'm amazed
that no-one has yet commented on the "package of measures" announced by
Richard Thomas today. My own thoughts can be summarised into three basic
comments:
1. Talk is cheap
2. I'll believe it when I see it
3. If I do see it, it'll be about ****** time
Any other cynics wish to comment?
