A good idea in principle as it is very easy to use these sorts of things
covertly, and unfortunately that means that enforcing a ban might not be
practical. However there is nothing wrong in placing signs requesting them
not to be used and warning persons being caught that they may face <insert
punishment here> if they are being used in an inappropriate way...

Subject: [data-protection] banning use of camera phones
Dear all,
an NHS Trust wishes to ban the use of the camera part of camera mobile
phones whilst on Trust business and premises.

Thanks in advance,
