Well, there's fweb, which only understands F77. It starts with LaTeX and
produces F77.
I have a little program that I use to embed LaTeX in F90 programs (not
vice-versa, like fweb). It normally sets text verbatim, but goes into
typesetting mode -- including full formula support -- for a comment
block beginning with "!{". You can have it if you want it.
There's also the lstlisting style of LaTeX, which ostensibly supports
Fortran 90, but has some bugs in it. At least, if you have any of _^&%
after !, it needs an underscore before it.
