BTW, does anyone use an IDE for Fortran development on any
system other than Windows? Does anyone out there use something
other than and IDE on Windows? We use make from the cmdline
on all platforms, including Windows, since we support multiple
platforms (UNIX, Linux, Windows) from a common code base. On
Windows, we use Cygwin as our development environment, but the
code we develop is rigorously kept free of any Cygwin dependencies.
