Apologies for cross-posting.
Hello Everyone
Just to keep you up to date with the progress on the review of the IMS
ACCLIP (Accessibility for Learner Information Package) v1.0 and LIP
(Learner Information Package) v1.0 Specifications.
Following on from the request for any issues with either the ACCLIP or LIP
Specifications, a conference call was held on the 15th April to review the
list of issues raised. The list of issues can be found at
http://www.imsglobal.org/problemtracking/index.cfm.
Of the 45 issues to be resolved, 15 will require new functionality to be
added to the specifications. Therefore, it is likely that the updated
specifications - IMS ACCLIP v1.1 and IMS LIP v1.1 - will be released
sometime around January 2005. I will keep you up to date on the progress
of the ACCLIP Specification.
Please note that the issues list remains open, so that you can still
report any new issues to
http://www.imsglobal.org/problemtracking/index.cfm.
Best Regards
Sharon.
