Ooh, a little harsh Andy - I would say that we've seen some major
improvement in support this year (no guarantee that doesn't mean it
could improve further...) but they were saying exactly the same thing
last week in Phoenix (Craig Chanoff, the new support bloke) so Najib, if
you think something's slacking, I should get onto Paul Grist and ask him
to follow up.

I see you're receiving the typical kind of response we've encountered
for the last few years dealing with Blackboard! And I seem to recall
promises about vastly improved support services whilst we were in
Durham. Anybody else recall these?
