Hi all
We've had a few problems with Blackboard crashing in the evenings over
the past few weeks and are looking into how to provide out-of-hours
support for students. I just wondered how Blackboard is supported in
your institution e.g. do you have technicians available 24*7 or does
anyone pay for Blackboard's own support service?
