In relation to Marika's excellent initiative, there needs to be detailed
discussion on approach and scope. I have prepared a note of ideas on scope,
approaches, questions to be asked, and some literature to look at, etc. If
you can add to this please ciculate it round on BASAJISC so that we can
build up the leads for scoping and approach to assist the further shaping of
the project.
