Nothing available from SRS Technologies or SMILE Rehab?
Colin's approach seems reasonable, start with a std handset, take it apart
and create your own switch manifold, you can use what switches you like
then.

Subject: One handed controls for play stations and Nintendo
Hi,
I have had a request to ask for help with a one handed control for play
stations and Nintendo from an OT. Does anyone know of any leads I can pass
to her?
Thanks,
