Hello Neil,
Don't know about the Nintendo but Sony sell an IR controller for the Play
Station 2. I've seen one used to play a DVD, so I'm assuming they can also
be used for games. Codes could then be copied to some other controller that
can be used with one hand.
Marcus.

Subject: One handed controls for play stations and Nintendo
Hi,
I have had a request to ask for help with a one handed control for play
stations and Nintendo from an OT. Does anyone know of any leads I can pass
to her?
Thanks,
