Full Time Project Archivist - 'Musical Notes', an A2A project
£21,328 basic plus £3,020 London Weighting

The Royal Academy of Music has been awarded a Heritage Lottery Fund
grant for a project to catalogue three of its archive collections:
Priaulx Rainier, David Munrow and Jenny Lind. The catalogues will be
made available on-line through the A2A website.
We are therefore seeking to appoint an archivist to sort, catalogue
and re-package the three collections, and assist in outreach
activities.
The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in
archives administration and an understanding of the ISAD(G)
cataloguing standard.
Experience of using CALM 2000 is essential, as are excellent time
management skills.
Experience of working on similar projects will be an advantage, and
music knowledge to A-level standard or equivalent is preferred.
