Dear All
I was wondering now we're nearer the end of the financial year if offices
have more information on their visitor figures. I've got the summary
Caroline produced in January from 8 offices, and thought perhaps more people
are in a position to reply now. We've noticed a decrease particularly in
non-local visitors which have been pretty drastically affected this year. We
think this is in part due to the availability of sources on the Internet.
Just wondered how widespread this was.
Theories and ideas on how we might be able to turn this around are very
welcome. I'd especially like to hear from offices who are seeing an
increase.
Replies off-list happily received though it might be of interest to
everyone.
Best wishes
