*DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS AND STATISTICS*
Applications are invited for the fixed-term position of Lecturer in the
Department of Mathematics and Statistics, specialising in statistics.
This fixed-term position is for a period of one year.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach at the undergraduate
level and to carry out research. Duties will commence in February 2005.
Candidates should have an advanced degree in Statistics, a commitment to
ongoing statistical research, and experience in teaching.
Particular research strengths of the Statistics group in the Department
are statistical ecology, time-series analysis, and biopharmaceutical
statistics.
