Risk prediction in cardiac surgery is important role for clinicians and
policy makers. The aim of this symposium is to provide an overview of
currently used risk modelling systems and discuss their relevance to modern
cardiac surgical practice. This symposium is designed for Cardiac Surgeons,
Cardiac Anaesthetists, Public Health Researchers and Biostatisticians.
