PERMANENT - Statistical Programmer - South UK
Essential: Minimum 18 months Statistical programming experience applying SAS
to the analysis of clinical data. However ideally candidates will have
upwards of 4+ experience in statistical programming. A minimum BSc in a life
science or relevant discipline is essential. Strong SAS skills in BASE, STAT
and MACRO are essential.
Working for a major global pharmaceutical you will be joining a large
friendly team that places real value on its people. Main responsibilities
in this role will be to lead the statistical programming of individual
projects and provide technical advice and support to biostatisticians. You
will be responsible for the co-ordination of the statistical programming for
the review, reporting and transfer of clinical trial data. You will be
involved in the co-ordination of the production of tables, listings &
figures and the provision of statistical programming for application
development. For more experienced candidates you will be asked to mentor and
manage more junior staff and have real input and autonomy on projects.
