Dear All,
Further to Andrew's email just now, there's another excellent reason to always
use subject headings. There's quite a lot of malware out there that sends out
messages with subject fields that are either blank or just say "Re:". Good
practice is to routinely delete messages with such non-content in the subject
field.
(Incidentally, in case the grammatically-inclined are sensitive about such
things, there's often also good reason to split infinitives, as above.)

Dear All,
Could members please remember to include a Subject Heading in ALL messages
sent to allstat.
This makes it easier for members who are interested in one aspect only.
They can then scan emails for any relevant items.
