Hi all,
I am helping out a friend in analysing an experiment he is conducting. A short description is this:
We want to observe the impact of serum treatment and initial seed amount on the viability of a cell culture over time.
To investigate this issue we randomly collect a sample of heart tissues and categorize them according to the three different 'serum' effects we apply.
We then divide each serum category into three additional groups, assigning each group to one of the three initial quantities.
Thus, our design has two between-subjects factors.
For these groups, sample counts are repeatedly recorded over time
unbalanced intervals).
Is this a case for a Repeated Measures ANOVA with between-subjects
factors? If so (and I will be happily corrected), would anyone be so kind as to recommend any relevant reference books/articles?
Many thanks,
Yehuda
