Title: "Growth and development of low birthweight preterm babies"
Abstract:
"A randomised controlled trial to investigate the effect of a new
weaning strategy for low birthweight preterm infants was run on a
group of babies born in 1998-1999. Their growth and development has
been monitored longitudinally and the age 42 months data became
available last year. In this talk we shall discuss the background to
the problem, introduce some statistical models for human growth and
present some analyses of the data."
