Marie Ward has asked me to respond to your e-mail. We charge £30 for the production of a replacement/duplicate certificate. There is an application form which has to be completed and a statement has to be given by the student saying what happened to the original certificate. This statement has to be witnessed by a Solicitor and stamped by them.
Kind regards

Subject: Prices Charged for Replacement Certificates
I'm currently reviewing our procedures for replacing lost/stolen degree
certificates.
I thought this debate would have raised it's head before and it probably
has but I couldn't find anything on the archive so I'd be grateful to get
some feedback on the price charged by other institutions for issuing
replacement certificates to students.
If you'd like to reply direct... let me know if you'd like to see the
collated responses and I can forward a summary.
Thanks
