I have recently come across a small number of students who have been
re-assessed as a result of an invoice being sent to their LEA because they
are receiving help through the DSA scheme. This re-assessment has resulted
in the students being responsible for fees which they should not be paying.
I would like to know if any other institutions have come across the same
issue, and how you went about resolving it.
