Hi
Has anyone got advice on how to make 'help' points in a city centre fully
accessible , or know of any firms that make fully accessible equipment etc.
The type of help points I am referring to will be a simple push button which
will put you in audio contact with the CCTV operator. They can then contact
whoever is needed. eg police if there is trouble, doctor if your ill , City
centre office for lost children etc.
We are trying to think through what will be needed. eg
1. How can Deaf people use the system?
2. What is needed to make it fully accessible for sight impaired people?
3. Do you only need the word 'Help' on it?
Any suggestions will be gratefully received
Regards
