Hi
We have a monitoring form for departments.
I started it as a monitoring form only for disability access issues. The
departments then produced their action plans from it.
As many of the other equality questions are similar, and we were had lots of
different actions plans that were not being coordinated, we have now
extended it to cover other areas of equalities.
Attached is our monitoring form for this year .
Also the excel sheets for the questions on public buildings and environment.

<<04 Public Buildings.xls>> <<05 Environment Areas.xls>>
We would appreciate any advice on improving it for next year.
Regards
Mary Gwynne
