This question was raised on another forum and I felt that if anyone
would know you lot would<g> Of course as you might expect there is a
whole load of issues but I was wondering if the costs were high that it
may be better in some cases to provide alternative travel.
To change tack a bit, I did read an article in a magazine recently which
was arguing that there were too spaces being reserved and that made
me think; is there a set rule on how many spaces should be provided?
