I hate them - my daughter who is a wheelchair user hates them and does not
like going into a toilet with blue lights and since there are so few toilets
that she can use this can lead to some awful situations where we may have to
dash to another know loo in the van with her desperate to go - I have spoken
to others who find them very frightening because the light level is so low
and someone with already impaired vision may find them difficult to manage
in
underlying this is a need to manage illicit drug use (but what about legal
drug use?) and my personal opinion is that all drugs should be made legally
available and the public educated as to their real effects and side
effects - but the real question is why should disabled people be made to
suffer because of society's attitude to illicit drug use and my answer is
that they should not!
