It's actually quite offensive slang for spastic/spasticity - a wheelchair
user in Wood Green in North London has his number plate a 'Spazz 1' which is
very funny - BUT HE put it there as an ironic gesture - so it's OK.
Otherwise it is offensive terminology to be avoided!

Helen

My thoughts: I am an American and don't know that "spazz" has any particular
connotation in the US -- nor do I know of its connotation here in the UK. My
opinion is that someone made up a name that they thought sounded "cool"
(sort of weird I think). What does it mean here?

inappropriate name for a wheelchair.
