We may not like the idea of the client's intended solution to the problem in
this particular scenario and we may be able to foresee problems arising from
it. However, if the appropriate management regimes are in place to ensure
that the (apparently cost effective) solution works in operational terms
then it must be acceptable. In the event of failure or problems, the
responsibility must lie with the service provider concerned.
