Hi All
I have an interesting issue developing locally.
My council is dealing with two huge planning applications for on-shore
windfarms.... nearly 400 turbines each 140metres tall.
A sight impaired gentlemen has objected and requested that a holding notice
be granted on the grounds that he cannot view the application and in
particular the supporting environmental statements because they are not
available in a suitable large print format.
My question is who do you think is responsible for providing the large print
copies.... the local authority planning department? or the developer?
Hope you can help
