i thought photos might help the discussion. But many thanks to everyone
that has been in touch. Thankfully I am not the Building Control Officer
that has to pass this building, but if as a consultant I was asked to give
an opinion I think that Dave Crofts advice on providing a platform lift
would be the most equitable in the light of what has been said by everyone.
