Townsville Podiatry Centre, is looking to acquire a
Biomechanical Podiatrist & Research Fellow.
This exciting opportunity will be available to an experienced
biomechanical podiatrist with a background, and interest in health
research toward the end of 2004.
The successful applicant will be working in one of Australia's best
podiatric facilities with research level equipment including F-scan
pressure analysis and Balance Master balance assessment tools.
You will join a professional and patient focused team of 9 podiatrists and
14 support staff. You will have the opportunity to work as part of the
research team designing and implementing clinically based research, as
well as working as a biomechanical podiatrist with excellent support
facilities including podiatric assistants, footwear consultant and on site
orthotic laboratory.
Townsville, North Queensland’s largest city, is situated in the northern
tropics. We have a fantastic relaxed lifestyle, very conducive to
outdoors activities. Our average winter temperatures are in the low – mid
20’s & summer temperatures in low 30’s.
