I have used this in the past but due to problems somewhere in the south of England the manufacturers withdrew there recomendation for use in Podiatry. Big shame as I found it superb.

Good morning
I am just in the process of changing the local anaesthetic I use. At present I have been using Xylocaine 2%(Lignocaine Hydrochloride).Due to availability I am going to start using Citanest Plain in a 4 % .
Has anyone any experience using this 4% ?
Regards
Russel
