I would like to comment on the lack of reference to footwear being used to
resolve corns. In my experince many dorsal and plantar HD's are due to ill
fitting footwear. In many instances I have found the met formula indicates
long 3rd, 4th Met and footwear is simply unable to accommodate the 'unusal'
met formula. I have had great success in addressing corns with footwear
advice, of course I use orthotics as well, I am not a heratic.
