Phil;
I use it, and many pods in the U.S. that are really into biomechanics
use a lateral 2-5 extension I think. I know it is big on the West coast. I
don't lecture much to the east coast pods, so I'm not really sure. Howards
comments on manipulation and the extension mirror my experiences as well.
