Gareth,
For a podiatric text what about 'Neale's Disorders of the Foot' - it gives
you a bit on everything (although it is just a bit) and covers the
essentials of assessment of the patient like Tollafield. It's very
readable, comprehensive and full of pictures and illustrations. The
references for each chapter are also very useful I've found.
