Hello Sean,
Stochastic (not stoichastic) in statistics means random or arbitrary. A
stochastic variable is one where the measurements fluctuate randomly around
a mean value, mostly according to a Gauss curve
In relation with the foot " stochastic activity" would translate as random
foot movements. But I am at loss what this means; In what context is this
word used ? This may shed some light on how to interpret this word.
Hope this offer any help.
Bart

is in the foot (in relation to postural control ), and must confess to
being at a loss Thanks in advance Sean Pincus
