Dear Stanley
Sorry for the delay. The november email was put in the december list.
Been outback enjoying life where there are no computers!
The origin of the walking/standing foot was first put to me by Dr. Loren
Rex (osteopath) of Seattle in the early 1990's.
he only introduced the idea and like good ideas I have personally pondered
about the idea and have developed a model.
I feel the model works well because it can explain many dysfunctions a
patient has from inability to walk without pain to headaches, back aches
and even the way athletes use their arms in running at high speed.
The anatomy trains was put in a discussion several years ago. There is
some reference to the way these linkages are developed in Larsen's human
embryology book.
The idea that motion segments have onflowing nerve supply was put in a
lecture by Prof Bogduk when he was teaching the motor nerve supply to the
upper limb.
What does PFLOA stand for?
Merry Santa and a Happy New Year to all.
Regards,
Paul Conneely.
