Having followed the discussion and debate with great interest, may I head
off on a tangent and ask your opinions on the tibial varum generally
associated with intoeing children. Is there a "safe" way of reducing this
varus position other than the usual sitting/sleeping position changes etc.
It has been my experience that whilst many children will have significant
reduction in the adducted angle of gait, this cannot be said with regard to
the varus position of the lower leg, when treating with many of the
modalities explained in previous posts. Any ideas.
