I am sorry but I am off work at present with the flu, this reply is
therefore brief. Our system is not volumetric nor does it require
positioning the patient's foot for capture. That is exactly what I did not
want and I agree with your opinions on that totally. Our technology does
eliminate the problems that you mentioned. Additionally, I agree that
CADCAM technology within the profession at present is in its infancy.
However, although it is true that the software was written by a human we
did take account of the points you have already mentioned. I am not as
dismissive of modern technology as you appear to be and remind you that man
has been on the moon even though we hadn’t been there before.
I apologise for this very brief response but will communicate with you next
