WHAT
·     Clinical lead in Biomechanics. Heading a team of enthusiastic clinicians 
you will be required to lead and participate in an orthopaedic linked foot 
and ankle triage service and support the specialist community 
musculoskeletal team. Developing biomechanics practice across the podiatry 
service at all levels and engaging in the strategic planning and development 
of musculoskeletal biomechanics to achieve key PCT targets. This post is a 
rewarding position with scope for development. The role is an autonomous 
position that will require close working with the service manager and 
clinical manager to maximise the potential

WHY
·     Development opportunities are significant with strong support through 
supervision, and clinical/management leadership. Established links with 
other health professionals with a history of good relationships makes this 
post one with significant potential for multidisciplinary working. A recent 
successful bid has provided us with the opportunity to develop an 
orthopaedic foot and ankle triage service.

WHO
·     We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual to lead the 
Podiatry Musculoskeletal team within the community and hospital setting. The 
candidate will need to have a proven record of working at an advanced level 
in biomechanics, providing musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and 
interventions and be willing to further develop their expertise. Leadership 
skills are essential along with the ability to influence, negotiate and 
deliver a first class podiatric biomechanics musculoskeletal service.
