You need to check the biomechanical definition of 'stiffness" as that is what we are discusssing - its different to what you are refering too.

I guess you missed all the recent evidence on the predictive value of the lunge test for injury. It may do what you claim, but the evidence is clear on how valid the test is .... why do you claim it as not being valid?
